The Shape of Stillness is a trauma-sensitive, non-conceptual immersion into the Realization Process. This gentle but profound practice opens a direct path to presence through the subtle energy body. We move beyond mindfulness, beyond somatic theory, into felt wholeness.

Over seven spacious mornings, we’ll return—slowly, softly—to ourselves.

Daily Format (2.5 hours/day):

Each day offers deepening layers without overload. You’ll balance stillness, guided practice, group reflection, and integration.

Day 1: Landing – From Awareness of to Awareness as

  • Welcome & Opening Intention

  • Exercise 1: Attunement to Fundamental Consciousness

  • Discussion: Distinction Between Being Aware of the Body vs. Inhabiting It

  • Gentle Integration Practice

  • Closing Circle

Day 2: The Core of You – Contacting the Subtle Channel

  • Core Breath Practice (Exercise 2)

  • Teaching: Pelvic, Heart, and Head Centers – The Subtle Core

  • Optional: Core Breath with Subtle Circuitry (Chair version)

  • Inquiry Prompt: Where do you live inside yourself?

  • Closing

Day 3: Experiencing Qualities – Awareness, Emotion, Sensation

  • Practice: Attuning to the Three Fundamental Qualities (Exercise 3)

  • Mini Lecture: These are not concepts; they are your ground of being

  • Movement Integration (Arms + Standing stillness)

  • Reflection

Day 4: Moving into Perception

  • Practice: Direct Perception (Exercise 4)

  • Teaching: Perceiving as FC – No effort, no projection

  • Group shares: “What happens when seeing sees itself?”

  • Optional: Guided imagery or nature-based perception exercise (if they can go outside)

Day 5: Walking as Embodiment

  • Movement: Standing & Walking as Fundamental Consciousness (Exercises 5 & 10)

  • Practice: Walking as Emptiness and Presence

  • Group Embodiment Journaling & Shares

Day 6: Moving as the Qualities

  • Movement Practice: Moving as Awareness, Emotion, and Physical Sensation (Exercise 13)

  • Breakout Rooms: “What quality have you over-identified with? Which have you avoided?”

  • Guided Sitting Practice to integrate all three

Day 7: Living From the Inside Out

  • Final Practice: Full-body attunement + Subtle Core + Moving as Embodied Qualities (Exercise 14)

  • Reflection: How to live this work in daily life?

  • Group Closing Circle & Intentions for Integration

  • Optional: Invite to ongoing monthly integration group
